1. The machine comprises a transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, marking unit, shearing unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
2. Equipped with versatile triple tooling on each side, it can install three types of punches with varying diameters. These tools, controlled by CNC, move together to change the punching stadia efficiently.
3. Double-blade shearing guarantees a flawless cutting section, with an easily adjustable clearance.
4. The marking unit features a robust closed frame for superior rigidity. Four character boxes are fixed on the marking unit and can be selected via the program, offering flexible marking stadia.
5. The workpiece is fed by the CNC carriage with high positioning precision, driven by a servo motor. The photoelectric encoder provides feedback for closed-loop control. The clamp arm, driven by a ball screw and guided by a linear guideway, moves up and down with high rigidity.
