1. The machine is composed of a transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, marking unit, shearing unit, unloading conveyor, as well as integrated hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
2. Versatile triple tooling on each side allows the installation of three different punches. The CNC-controlled triple tooling moves together to change the punching stadia efficiently.
3. Double-blade shearing guarantees a perfect cutting section, with clearance that can be easily adjusted.
4. The marking unit features a closed frame with excellent rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit, selectable by program, offering flexible marking stadia.
5. The workpiece is fed by the CNC carriage with high positioning precision, driven by a servo motor. A photoelectric encoder provides feedback information, ensuring closed-loop control. The clamp arm moves vertically with high rigidity, driven by a ball screw and guided by a linear guideway.
6. The support device for the punching unit is hydraulically driven for vertical movement.
7. The rotating loading system, driven by a reducer, offers high stability during operation.
8. The hydraulic system caters to punching, shearing, marking, marking device movement, workpiece pressing and supporting, and character box transposition. The hydraulic pipeline uses ferrule connections for seamless operation.
