1. The machine comprises multiple components including a transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, marking unit, shearing unit, and unloading conveyor, along with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
2. It features versatile triple tooling on each side, allowing the installation of three different diameter punches. The tooling, controlled by CNC, can move together to adjust the punching stadia.
3. Double-blade shearing guarantees a flawless cutting section, with easily adjustable clearance.
4. The marking unit employs a robust closed frame with excellent rigidity. It houses four sets of character boxes that can be selected via program controls, allowing flexible marking stadia.
